Health Coordinator Pilot Community of Practice is a platform designed for the medical office assistants participating in the pilot across BC.

The aim of this community of practice is to:

1. Facilitate collaborative learning between pilot sites
2. Enable convenient and flexible communication between the various participants in the pilot, including the medical practices and Healthy Heart Society of BC
3. Disseminate resources for use by pilot sites
4. Obtain timely concerns and feedback from pilot sites
